Liposuction Reviews

[Fat extraction injection] Arm fat extraction injection, 3 weeks in.. the side line is slowly starting to show (late 40s)

It's already week 3.. time flies so fast Thinking back to week 1 when I was all over the place because of swelling and bruises, right now is totally manageable. Honestly, during weeks 1 to 2 it was too swollen to really tell, but the first things that changed in that period were the front and back arm contours. As the swelling went down, the front and back gradually started to look more defined. But by week 3, changes finally started to show from the side too!! The side line.. the thickness of the arm where it sticks to the torso! In weeks 1 to 2, the side view wasn't that noticeable, but in week 3, when I look from the side, the thickness where the arm used to press against the torso feels like it's slowly getting thinner. They said fat extraction injections usually change the front and back first and the side later, and it really came in that exact order These days I deliberately stand sideways when I look in the mirror Recovery? From week 3 on, I felt way more comfortable. The swelling and tight soreness are almost gone. But this really varies from person to person.. I bruise easily, so mine lasted a bit longer, but even that is now almost faded. It's not like everyone has to be like this in week 3~ individual differences are big, so just wait patiently. Let me vent a little about my upper arm stress: - In summer, while everyone else wears tank tops and sleeveless tops, I alone throw on long sleeves - In group photos, I always hide at the end or in the back - When I cross my arms, I worry they get pressed and look even thicker Even if I lose weight, my arms just don't slim down, so there was really nothing I could do and I finally went for it.. This time I got mid-frequency laser treatment as post-care. During the treatment, it felt like my arm muscles were moving gently? But it didn't hurt and was comfortable. The effects I was told about were: 1. Fat burning - induces muscle contraction and relaxation to consume energy (supposed to have an exercise effect) 2. Fat breakdown & elimination - stimulates fat cells to help break them down and remove them 3. Strength improvement - stimulates deeper muscles than ordinary low-frequency treatment to help recovery 4. Swelling relief - helps circulation and reduces swelling After getting it, my arms feel refreshed and lighter. I'm dieting too. I'm steadily taking the medicine I got during the procedure (35 days free!) and also watching my diet. Nothing fancy, just eating cherry tomatoes instead of snacks when I get hungry Still, when these little things add up, they should help with line management. It's almost one month already, and I'm excited. The front and back outer contours are still slowly getting more defined, and they say the side view really starts looking pretty from the 2-month mark, so I'm even more excited for that. The desire to look better is the same even in the late 40s, right? My goal is to confidently wear sleeveless tops I've never been able to wear in my whole life Once the swelling goes down more, I'll bring another update for the 1-month mark~~ Bye for now
