Nose Surgery Reviews

3-year review after my first no-implant nose surgery at Pleasure

It’s been 3 years since my first nose surgery in November 2023. First of all, the director was kind and looked at everything in detail. He considered the overall harmony of my face, and when I said I wanted this kind of nose, he kindly explained in a logical way why that wouldn’t be possible and why we should go in a different direction. At the time I had my surgery, I don’t think there was CCTV yet. The surgery was around noon, and when I woke up it was already late evening. I did regret not going somewhere with CCTV then, but for my first surgery I trusted the director more than other hospitals. Long story short, I’ll just note the pros and cons. Pros: no one knows I had nose surgery Everyone says I lost weight The side profile got slightly upgraded Overall I look a bit prettier? I had an incision under the nose, but there’s no scar at all and it’s not visible Cons: too natural lol My nostrils became slightly uneven Breathing became a bit uncomfortable The front view effect is lacking I don’t like how it looks from the front (feels like it was pinched long? My original nose was a short nose with a slightly upturned tip and a fleshy tip, and while the impression became more refined, that’s about it.) My nose looks crooked (I didn’t even know I had a crooked nose until I got a CT scan, but after surgery it looks even more crooked) So if someone says it’s their first surgery, I’d still recommend Pleasure. The director is responsible. However, the front-view effect I emphasized was weaker than I expected, so I can’t fully say I strongly recommend it... If you want a very natural result, I do recommend it!
