Review of incisional double eyelid surgery at K Plastic Surgery

I had incisional double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction. It's now been a little over 1.5 years since the surgery. I visited three places only in Daegu before choosing this clinic. It was the most average and straightforward place, and they were very candid about the parts that were necessary and why the eye I wanted wouldn't be possible, so I picked it. The director seemed to strongly pursue a natural look. At the time, I also wanted a natural in-out type, so I think our opinions matched to some extent. During the consultation, I showed photos of an idol's eyes that I wanted, but the doctor immediately brushed it off and said it couldn't be done. Then they focused only on my eyes and explained what kind of result could realistically be achieved. During the surgery, they kept redoing the left epicanthoplasty because something wasn't going well. Then, not sure if it was finally resolved, they wrapped it up around then, and I heard the doctor mutter to themself, "Ah, they're uneven." After that, I opened my eyes and was told to look in the mirror, and when I did, the two epicanthoplasty sides really didn't match. A few days after surgery, the epicanthoplasty looked uneven and seemed to be sticking together in a round shape, so on day 4 I contacted the clinic. They said there was still swelling and to check the result again when I had the stitches removed. I brought it up again at stitch removal, but both the doctor and the manager said it was still swelling and that it would get better if I waited a little longer. They said the line came out well now, so I just went along with it. But from that point on, the epicanthoplasty shape gradually started to stick together, and now it looks even more uneven. As the swelling went down, the line also became more obviously uneven. lol I contacted the clinic several times about the asymmetry, and they just told me to wait a bit longer. I honestly didn't even expect much from aftercare, but I felt they were seriously neglecting me after surgery. So lately I've been looking into revision surgery. Should I have just gone to Seoul from the start..? Is there a place in Seoul that does beautiful eye revision surgery well? I'm thinking of going for a semi-out look this time. I think I'll probably need upper canthoplasty too this time..
