I like a glamorous, defined impression, but when I had surgery 4 years ago, it was so natural and blunt that nobody around me could tell. I wanted a nose that was obvious if it had to be obvious, but had a beautiful line that anyone would recognize as pretty, so I ended up getting it done at OM. After the nose revision surgery, my face looked much more defined, and since it was autologous costal cartilage, I think it won’t sag, which I also like.. To be honest, it’s not the kind of nose that looks natural and unnoticed, but I did ask for a glamorous look during the consultation, so I’m satisfied with it now. People around me also say this nose suits my face much better now.
