The wait wasn’t long and I liked that the consultation with the director started right away, but the director looked tired. They explained the structure well and talked in detail about how surgery would be best done. They did forget what I said, though they didn’t mention the crooked nose. Maybe that’s because they saw me from the side rather than the front. They recommended donated rib cartilage + ear cartilage. The cost was quite high because cartilage membrane and blood tests were separate. I like the director’s straight nasal bridge and after results, but I felt the desk staff and manager were rude, and I was disappointed that they couldn’t explain aftercare during the consultation.
