My chest has very little volume, so I made up my mind and had the surgery at Hae Clinic. I had 250cc/250cc for breast fat grafting, and implants felt too burdensome, so I wanted to just go up by about one cup size. It’s been maintained better than I expected~ Since it’s stem-cell based, maybe the graft took well. Seeing that, I think it was worth doing, so I’m even thinking about getting a second round. I’m also on the lean side, but the clinic found and harvested a decent amount of fat, so if you have a similar case, I think it would be good to get a consultation.
