It's been 10 months since I had revision surgery for contracture nose.. From the day the splint came off, one nostril started feeling stuffy, and little by little the columella and nasal tip started leaning to one side. The donor dermis or cartilage that was grafted onto the bridge also seems to have slid off to one side, so from the front my bridge and tip both look blunt Even so, I wasn't happy with the nose shape, and the columella is still cut down. Breathing through one nostril is a little uncomfortable, but it was at a level I could put up with and live with, and it wasn't as collapsed as before, so I thought I'd just leave it alone and live like this without touching it again. But recently it seems like inflammation suddenly developed at the nasal tip A month ago my nasal tip turned red, so I contacted the director through the manager, had the director look at it too, and it got better after taking antibiotics for a week. But then a week ago the nasal tip inflammation symptoms suddenly appeared again. I'm going crazy... If I send the manager an update text, they ignore the symptoms I actually feel and say that level of redness can happen even in a nose that wasn't operated on, and they only deal with it lightly. Right now I still feel heat, stinging, and warmth at the nasal tip, but the redness isn't that severe.. They told me not to take antibiotics, so I'm not taking them, but I'm so, so anxious. I thought revision would be the end, but there is no end. What is the point of spending so much money on revision? After surgery, when complications happen, they act like it's none of their business and don't even bring up aftercare at all
