The first fat grafting procedure turned out well, but after a year I had a second one and the graft took too strongly, so my face became puffy. Everyone around me said it looked strange I was advised to do only the front cheekbones, excluding the under-eye area and nasolabial folds, so I did that, but after doing it it looked even stranger. It looks odd because there is a boundary with the under-eye area. The front cheekbone keeps sagging and the nasolabial folds formed. If it seems okay, just don’t touch it. Please only have plastic surgery done on the parts you really think are bad. Because of this
