Both the manager and the doctor were so kind. It was the kindest clinic among the ones I visited while doing my rounds. The consultation goes doctor first, then manager. The doctor reflected the surgical method and the line exactly as I had written them down, and tried to match the line I wanted as closely as possible. The manager also kindly explained things like what kind of aftercare they provide, which was nice, because some clinics don't even tell you that much even when they do have aftercare.
