It has been about 3 years since the surgery, and maybe because I have always had a barrel chest, my cleavage does not come together well Even though I wear push-up bras.. At first I liked the feel and shape, but now I can feel rippling quite strongly on one side, and I regret it a little. If I ever have revision surgery next time, I think I would pay more attention to the cleavage and the implant material.
