During the surgery consultation, they explained things naturally and recommended the most natural-looking design. I received consultation for contouring in 3 areas. There wasn’t any excessive consultation, and the price was a little high, but they only do surgery for 1 or 2 people a day, the recovery room was comfortable, and the nurse was kind. One small disappointment is that I think it would reassure patients more if the handout they give after surgery included the phone number to call in an emergency after surgery, plus a backup number. The hospital also took care of that part, and in the end I had the surgery reasonably and well. Their aftercare for swelling is also very thorough. The intraoral incision was neat, so I didn’t end up with any scar tissue after recovery.
