I got nostril Botox at the Songpa branch of Toxnfill. I had it done at another clinic 5 years ago, and back then it worked even though it was a bit uneven. Now I don't feel any effect at all. My nose still moves perfectly normally.. I got Coretox because I was worried about developing resistance.
