Thigh lipo, one month before and after

At first I was worried because I heard so many people say the thighs hurt the most, but now that it’s done, I can’t believe a month went by so quickly In the beginning, the swelling was really bad. On day 2, my knees looked like they had disappeared because everything was so puffy, and I had quite a bit of bruising too. But now most of the major swelling has gone down and the bruises are almost completely gone What I’m happiest about is the outer thigh bulge and the area under the buttocks The thickness of the thighs themselves mattered, but the bulge sticking out to the side and the fat right under the butt made the line look uneven from behind, which really stressed me out That area is definitely straightened out now The difference is especially obvious when I wear clothes, so these days I keep trying on tighter outfits and taking photos for no reason The actual measurements didn’t drop nearly as much as I expected, but the visual difference is much bigger People around me have also asked if I lost weight, so I guess it’s not just something I’m imagining During recovery, I wore my compression garment properly, kept applying bruise cream, walked a lot instead of staying home all the time, and drank plenty of water At one week, everything felt tight and I couldn’t even sit cross-legged, but now I can, and daily life is almost completely fine. It’s so hot these days that I’m mainly wearing the compression garment only while sleeping It’s only been one month, so the residual swelling still needs to go down, but I can already see that the outer thigh bulge and under-butt area have been smoothed out, so I’m satisfied I’ve done my arms, abdomen, and now thighs, and I think thighs are definitely a part where the satisfaction comes more from the line change than from the number on the scale. I’m looking forward to seeing how much more it changes once the residual swelling goes down :) One month in and it’s a success!!
