1-month review: abdominal liposuction + hip dip fat grafting

It’s been exactly about a month since the surgery, so I’m leaving a review. I wasn’t actually on the heavy side, but my lower belly, love handles, and sides were the type that just wouldn’t go away, so after thinking it over, I had abdominal liposuction and fat grafting to the pelvis and hip dips done together at ㅁㄹㅅㄱ. Right after surgery, the swelling was worse than I expected, and wearing the compression garment was uncomfortable, so recovery wasn’t easy. Especially during the first 1 to 2 weeks, I had quite a bit of pulling in my abdomen when bending over or getting up. Now that about a month has passed, the major swelling has gone down a lot. My abdomen is definitely flatter than before, and I can feel that my waistline has been cleaned up too. The biggest satisfaction is how different my pants fit now. The hip dip fat grafting seems to be settling in naturally so far. However, it still doesn’t feel completely filled, so I think I’ll have to keep watching it a bit longer. Since it’s only the one-month mark, I’m trying not to get too impatient because they said this is still the stage where the graft is settling and some minor swelling remains. There is still some bio-bond left in the abdominal area, so parts of it feel hard or a little bumpy when touched. I’m continuing massage regularly, and since they said it will gradually soften over time, I’m managing it. For reference, they harvested about 2,600cc of fat from my abdomen and grafted a total of 510cc to the pelvis and hip dip area! If you have any questions, please leave a comment :)
