I wanted the most natural look possible while still improving my overall impression, so after visiting a lot of places and focusing on clinics with one dedicated surgeon, I chose Between Plastic Surgery because it matched my aesthetic goals best. I had surgery with Director Lee Ji-hwan: crooked-nose correction + alar reduction + hump smoothing + a slightly elevated nasal tip. Since it was done without implants, only my septum and ear cartilage were used. These are the photos from three months after surgery!! Around the three-month mark, the sides of my nostrils became softer, and I can feel that the nasal tip area has also become softer and more pliable. I was worried because my skin is thick and tends to leave some scarring, but once I applied nasal ointment and repair cream every day, the scars didn’t really remain. I didn’t reduce it that much, but because my nose changed, my overall impression also changed to the look I wanted, so I’m very satisfied.
