It's been 3 years since I had eye surgery, and I did an in-out line close to an inline. Even when about 6 months had passed, the scar still hadn't disappeared, so I was worried, but it still hasn't gone away. Please take scar care seriously after surgery Since the double eyelid line is low anyway, it's not very noticeable, so I'm just living with it. Even before the sutures were removed after surgery, I really liked the line, but once the swelling was definitely gone, the line did seem much lower. Even if the line looks a bit high when the sutures come out, I don't think you need to worry too much.
