It was not as unfriendly as people said. Of course, they are not the warm-and-fuzzy type. Unlike what I feared, even though this was my second revision of the eyes, they said confidently that they could do it. When I asked about my concerns, they pulled out cases they had operated on themselves and explained them to me. In a way, it felt like I could ask everything I wanted to ask. Some parts felt like they were answering a bit too casually. It did not feel like they were paying extra attention. Even when I asked for the doctor's opinion, there were parts where they said, 'You decide.' It was not untrustworthy, but it also did not feel fully reliable, so it was in that awkward middle ground
