The inside of the plastic surgery clinic felt like a small hospital, more or less? It had a cozy feel, and the staff kindness seemed average. The consultation was delayed by about 30 minutes because of the surgeon's operation. I was mentally ready to say bye-bye if they said I needed silicone, but thankfully they said I did not need it as long as some height was okay. They said functional nose surgery could be done together or not, and that correcting a bulbous nose would not be dramatically noticeable, so I am a bit undecided. Also, because the columella curls inward and the septum is thin, they said costal cartilage would be needed. I never imagined needing costal cartilage, but listening to them makes me wonder if I should use it. The price definitely goes up by 1 million won more T_T
