First of all, my nose was big, and the way it flared when I smiled stressed me out so much that I couldn’t even smile fully. I had a bulbous nose and a pronounced hump, so I was under a lot of stress. After visiting a lot of clinics, I had surgery at the place that felt most trustworthy. It’s been about 4 years since the surgery, and I’m satisfied, so I’m writing this review. I’m happy overall, and the only slight regret is that I should have gotten alar reduction at the same time. I really wish my alar base were a little smaller, but I didn’t do it then because I was worried it would look unnatural. I’m satisfied with the shape, and the doctor recommended a slightly higher silicone implant, and I’m glad I followed that advice... If I had chosen the implant height I originally wanted, I think it would have looked too natural. I had functional rhinoplasty because of a deviated septum, and silicone plus ear cartilage were used. The hump was shaved down! The cost was reasonable too, and I like my nose, so I’m very satisfied!
