I made a reservation through Gangnam Unni and mentioned the procedure history over the phone, but the consulting manager didn’t even know what procedure the customer had booked. The consulting manager only recommends expensive procedures no matter what. Even for Botox, there was no explanation of which type it was, and I still don’t know what type I received. When I went into the room and sat down, the way they said, "Have you had this procedure before?" felt a bit condescending. If the customer doesn’t know, they should explain it, but there was nothing like that. I felt bad because of the consulting manager, so I’m never coming back. Think carefully before getting surgery at a place that can’t even satisfy you with a procedure.
