When I made the booking, I reserved a consultation with the head doctor, but on the day of the appointment they switched me to a different doctor without saying a word. The front desk staff were incredibly rude and kept joking among themselves, casually saying in front of a customer, "Our clinic's doctor is a quack, right?" The doctor was kind; the consultation manager was just so-so.. The KakaoTalk notice said parking was supported for 2 hours during consultation, but in reality they only gave 1 hour. If you pointed it out, they would say it was written wrong in the KakaoTalk notice. Total double standard~~~ I've been to many dermatology and plastic surgery clinics, but this was the first place that felt like the kids there had just come to work part-time
