I went to ask about removing the silicone because of the foreign-body sensation in my nose. They said to leave the tip as it is, remove the silicone, and then fill in only the step difference. They said they would take just a small amount from the upper part of the ear cartilage and use that. They also said they could use the fascia behind the ear for the nasal bridge or nasal tip too. When they touched my nose, they carefully palpated it saying, “Sorry, just a moment~” .. When I asked about removing the capsule, their stance was that they would do it if I wanted. And they said they would not operate by taking out the cartilage in advance; they would remove the silicone first, look at the shape, and then remove only as much cartilage as needed, so I shouldn’t worry! They spent a long time consulting, so the 10,000 won consultation fee didn’t feel wasted.
