The clinic feels like a hotel, there are tons of people, and they serve coffee in the lobby, so it’s so big I couldn’t tell whether it was a hotel or a clinic. The wait was really long too, but the staff kept apologizing and were kind, so it was okay. I got a functional nose consultation with the ENT doctor, they said it would take 10 minutes, and then Director Kim Yun-ho saw me, but I had to wait a really long time before I could see him.
