I came back after going through consultations and felt pretty good about it, so I’m writing this. I went because of visible silicone and the tip of my nose feeling too sharp, and the doctor’s voice was a bit loud. The explanation was detailed, and I was recommended dermis + autologous costal cartilage. When the implant shows through the nose, do they usually use a lot of dermis? What do you think?
