The biggest thing I’m deliberation about is the height. My nose is on the larger side, and the kind of nose I want is a straight nose like V’s. I had a consultation with Director Lee Seong-hoon at GNG, and he told me there were two directions. In the end, it was my choice, so I said I’d think it over. The first is to shave down the slightly prominent hump and use only the septum to make the tip as straight as possible. The second is to smooth out the hump, make a custom implant, and lift the tip with the septum. He said both can create a straight line, but if I want it a bit higher for facial proportions, he recommends the second one, and the first one is more natural. The photo I brought was a side profile of V, so I think he explained it to match that, but I’m still torn. The doctor showed me a simulation of the second nose, and I did like it.. Overall, my nose size is big.. my nose dominates my face..
