I went for a consultation and it was too expensive. Both the consultation fee and the estimate were too high. There was no waiting, and the staff didn't have any especially kind behavior or especially bad behavior either. The doctor was detailed in the consultation, but didn't fully understand the condition of the patient's nose. (It seemed like he wasn't good at sequentially identifying what the biggest problem was.) And when I asked whether the crookedness could be improved, he said it might not be possible because the patient has facial asymmetry. (Of course everyone knows facial asymmetry exists, but for reference, my nose was not crooked at all during my previous two surgeries. It was perfectly symmetrical.) So it feels a bit ambiguous to entrust my precious nose to them.
