My eyes aren’t exactly small, but they’re not especially big either, and somehow my eye shape looked tired and cramped, so I decided to get double eyelid surgery! A lot of my friends had the surgery and were happy with it, so they helped me a lot when I was looking into clinics, and I also used their lines and preferred looks as references The most important thing for me during the consultation was not just making my eyes bigger, but finding a line that suited my face well I’m someone whose swelling tends to go down very slowly, so I was worried from the consultation stage, but the director explained in detail how swelling goes down and how the line settles in, which was reassuring They also shaped the line to match the natural look I wanted, so I felt even more confident after the consultation As time passed after the surgery, what I noticed most was that it settled naturally, exactly as the design had been planned! At first, because it was natural adhesion, I worried the line might fade or come loose, but now opening my eyes feels much more comfortable and the double eyelid line seems to have settled stably, so I’m satisfied I also had inner corner and upper canthoplasty done together, so the cramped-looking area at the front of my eyes improved a lot and my overall eye shape feels much clearer What I like most is that rather than simply making my eyes look dramatically bigger, it changed naturally in a way that suits my face It was my first double eyelid surgery, so I had a lot of worries and concerns, but overall I’m satisfied Before, I was bothered by my eyes looking a little cramped, but now they look much sharper and my impression feels a bit softer too! I wanted a natural change that suited my eyes rather than an overly flashy line, and I think I got the direction I wanted For people like me who worry because swelling doesn’t go down easily, I think it’s important not to rush and to wait with some time~
