I only thought about breast surgery and then came in for a consultation. At first I thought I just wanted to increase the size, but after the consultation I learned that it is not just about making them bigger. They also checked things like rib cage size, the distance between the breasts, and skin condition.
My upper breast volume is almost nonexistent, so I was curious which implant would suit me, and I liked that they explained the pros and cons in great detail. Especially when recommending a size, it did not feel like they were just saying to go as big as possible, but rather they talked within a range that would suit my body type. I also got to hold and try the implants myself, and the size felt different from what I expected, which was interesting. It is completely different from looking online versus seeing them in real life. I did not leave having decided on surgery right away, but many of the things I was curious about were resolved, and it feels like the vague worry I had has been organized a bit.
