I usually felt stressed because of my long face shape and the middle of my face, so I went to consultations with IU photos in hand. But once I actually got the consultation, they said the issue wasn’t just face length, but that my whole proportions and the fat made my face look longer. So the surgeon recommended cheekbone reduction and pinless V-line, and I also have a bit of fat in my lower face, so they said if I also do liposuction during contouring, the effect would be much better, so I had lipo done together too! It’s exactly two weeks since surgery now, and the swelling is still pretty full.. But I went to the hospital for a follow-up and had a CT scan, and both the surgeon and I could see that the surgery itself was clean and without problems, so I feel like a huge weight has been lifted. Now I’m just going to focus on recovery When I look at other people, the swelling seems to go down a lot after stitch removal, and I’ve had my stitches removed now too, so maybe the swelling will go down faster? The bruising isn’t too bad right now, but it’s around my eyes, so I’m just putting on bruise cream and letting it go away, right? They say yellow bruises are really slow to fade, and mine is at the yellow bruise stage now…
