NO-Filter Eyenic Partial + Upper Epicanthoplasty Review

I’ll post this with completely unedited photos... these photos don’t have any makeup at all! I had double eyelid surgery with partial incision? no, with buried stitches, plus upper epicanthoplasty at Eyenic with Director Yang Hae-won, and I think it’s been just under a month. I thought my eyes were average for a Korean person. Right now they’re neither big nor small, not bad-looking, but a little lacking? I already had double eyelids, but they were inner double eyelids, and they still weren’t pretty... So I’d thought a lot about whether to get double eyelid surgery. When I saw friends who had incision double eyelid surgery, the line showing when they removed all makeup and closed their eyes looked so unpretty to me. Since I wanted a natural surgery, I definitely wanted a non-incisional procedure. If it were incision, I honestly thought I might as well not do it... Anyway, I consulted at a lot of hospitals, and I thought it was simple, but every hospital gave a completely different estimate of how the surgery should be done. Some said buried stitches were possible, others said not possible, some said epicanthoplasty was needed, others said eye correction was needed, and so on... The reason I ended up choosing Eyenic was because they suggested a buried-stitch plan and the reason for doing it that way was clear? I consulted with Director Yang Hae-won, and they recommended buried stitches plus upper epicanthoplasty, and the part that stood out most compared with other hospitals was how clearly they explained why buried stitches were possible and why upper epicanthoplasty should be done together!(Especially the epicanthoplasty part was explained in great detail; I had strong Mongolian folds.) It looks like the swelling for the buried stitches is almost gone, and the inner corner of the eyes for the epicanthoplasty still seems a little swollen, but at one month I’d call this a success The double eyelid line itself doesn’t show too strongly, and the crease was set really beautifully! The upper epicanthoplasty was recommended because of the Mongolian fold, of course, but after doing it, I also think the distance between my eyes was somewhat improved. Overall I’m very satisfied, and I feel like my eyes look much more distinct, which I love. Actually, makeup makes a big difference, but that doesn’t seem to fit the point of a review... If I get the chance next time, after all the swelling is gone and I put on some makeup, I’ll try posting an updated review!
