I had breast surgery, and it has been about 1 year and 6 months, but I started showing symptoms of capsular contracture, so I went to another clinic for a consultation. They said it happened because too much muscle in the center was cut. The rippling is also severe, and when I raise my arms only the nipples rise, with the nipples pointing outward. The implant was inserted too far inward, so I am now looking into revision surgery. Other things seem fine. The shape, size, and feel are okay, but I am really disappointed and upset that the surgery made my breasts smaller. I hope this helps.
