I went for a consultation after searching because a friend had surgery here. (Different director from my friend.) The consultation manager was unremarkable. I asked whether it might be better to do both sides since I was worried about only doing one side, but they didn’t recommend it, saying the line would be the same anyway. There was no special talk like “I’m especially good at this” or anything like that, and their straightforward way of saying not to worry because they could do it the same really gave me trust.
