Overall, it was better than the posts I had looked up. The staff responded in an organized way, and the director himself had the kind of experience that made it clear he had done many consultations and was very skilled at pinpointing problems. The long wait was maybe because the previous surgery finished early? For me, everything was done in about an hour. I went in wanting to raise the line a little, and I also wanted surgery because of the hollowness and protrusion under my eyes, and the very first thing they did was point out the part that was causing me stress and identify the problem. They also told me the limit of how much it could be lifted from my current eyes, which made it easy to judge. It felt like what they told me here became a basic reference point, so it was helpful when I went to other hospitals for consultations afterward? As other people said, the hospital is crowded, but considering the quality of the consultation and the many reviews, I can understand why so many people come here.. The price was not very different from the hospitals I visited for comparison.
