The doctor was extremely kind, and so was the director who handled the consultation. No scar remained from the nostril reduction, and everything turned out well.
There was one point where inflammation seemed to appear, but they safely did a nasal rinse and took proper responsibility, which I liked. But the autologous costal cartilage scar was more than I expected
