The hospital was clean and the facilities were decent. Most of the staff were kind and the consultation was systematic, which I liked, but the waiting time was way too long. The procedure room was clean, and at other dermatology clinics I had been treated while sitting in something like a dental chair, but here it was nice that I could lie down in a spacious room. They said they would do some extra procedures as a service besides the ones I paid for, but it felt like those were just included in the price, and since there weren’t any service procedures, I think it would have been better to be cheaper. Still, at first the price was set at over 1 million won, but they negotiated quite a bit for me, so I was satisfied.
