Kim Hyung-jin Basic Review

The eye-bag surgery was done by Director Kim Hyung-jin, and the fat grafting for the hollow upper eyelids was done by Director Im Kang-won. Eye-bag surgery A person I know went here and was very satisfied, so I did it too. People with thick under-eyes and very prominent fat will probably be quite satisfied. This place removes all of the under-eye fat and does fat grafting to the front cheek area, so for someone like me with thin skin, little fat, and a defined step-like shadow, it was so-so.. I’m currently 3 weeks out, and my under-eyes feel a little hollow, and it seems like the dark-circle area has gotten wider.. Also, one side has a deep hollow in the tear trough area, so the improvement is less noticeable. That said, excessive fat grafting can cause side effects, so they do it in a conservative first session and add more in a second session. Maybe that’s why they were conservative in the first round...(Still, a hollow is better than overgrafting.) There’s a chance it’ll improve in the second round, so I’ll write again then. I’d heard the surgeon’s hand skills were good, and the swelling was really minimal. They also added the cheek area and the nasolabial area as a service, and I like that part. The part I’m most stressed about right now is the upper eyelids.. I impulsively had it done without looking into it properly, And I want to go back to that day and turn back time. I ended up with large lumps in both upper eyelids, so I couldn’t go out for 2 weeks, couldn’t sleep because I was worried, and kept wearing glasses. They say a place that does fat grafting well won’t have lumps from the start. If you’re lucky, the lumped area may be fully reabsorbed later; if it still remains after several months, it has to be removed as a side effect. 3 weeks in... it’s better than at first, but it still looks bulgy when I close my eyes, so I’m planning to watch it for 1-2 more weeks and then try a dissolving injection first.. For reference, the dissolving injection is done somewhere else, and the minimum cost starts at 550,000 KRW.. and there’s no guarantee it will disappear. Right now I just want to go back to how I was before surgery. I told them about the under-eye hollowing and the upper-eyelid bulging, but the only answer I got was to wait. I’ll see how the hospital responds after the second session and then decide on a revision.
