The doctor explained everything I asked in detail, and the surgical result came out similarly. There is still swelling, so I need to watch it a bit more, but I am about 80 percent satisfied. It seems like they do about 3 patients a day at most, and the procedure took about 3 hours. The doctor definitely seems to prioritize safety above everything, so they do not take risks. There was a small inpatient room after surgery, but it was not managed very well and there was no tissue paper... The front desk staff were neither rude nor especially kind. The nurse who helped me lie down and get up before and after surgery was probably the warmest person there.
