I went there for a consultation for my first nose surgery, and the staff were a bit shy. They didn't speak loudly enough when telling me to come for the CT scan, so I didn't catch it at first haha But the consultation manager was so kind that I'm almost thinking of having surgery here because of her haha Dr. Yoon Seok-ho looked at how the surgery would be done, and he clearly said what could not be done could not be done. When I said I wanted a natural result, he said that was also the director's preferred style, so I felt reassured haha. Also, I hadn't consulted much yet, so I lacked professional knowledge, but the manager explained things so well that it was a big help!
