I came in for consultation because I was considering contouring surgery 3 types and my big nose! - I went in thinking about contouring surgery 3 types, but the doctor said the cheekbones would not have much effect, and for improving my receding chin, they only recommended contouring surgery 1 type - Before the consultation, I had looked into it and thought that with chin surgery, there could be a step at the jaw that would not look pretty, but they explained that by refining the line from the square jaw to the chin tip, they could prevent that step to some extent - The doctor personally showed me the expected post-op result using Photoshop, and it was nice to be able to visually anticipate the outcome. However, because my receding chin is usually severe, I had high expectations for surgery, but the image shown through Photoshop did not really feel impactful, which was disappointing T_T - As for the nose, I came in because of a large hump nose. At the time, I did not even really know what osteotomy was, and I had the consultation. I wanted to make the nose smaller while smoothing the hump, but at that time the doctor consulted me in a way that avoided osteotomy T_T Now I am considering osteotomy as well, so I think I may not do the nose at another clinic.
