They looked at everything in great detail and pointed out drawbacks I had not thought of. It felt like they focused more on the jaw than the cheekbones. Even though it was very different from my own belief that the cheekbones were my complex, I liked the approach because it was convincing. Not having pins in the jaw seems like an advantage. I had been thinking of the jaw as something to improve only, so I did not want osteotomy. My doubts about my face were cleared up, so I put down a deposit because I wanted to just lie down in the doctor's care (I did that 2 years ago). I still have not had it done yet. I am too scared. Even though I kept postponing the surgery date, they always changed it kindly, so I am still thinking about it.
