I visited to get a dermatology procedure, and overall I was satisfied from the first impression. The waiting area was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, so I could wait without feeling tense, and there were visitors of a surprisingly wide range of ages, which made me trust the clinic even more. It did not feel like a place only certain age groups visit, but rather one where many people come regularly for ongoing care. During the consultation with the manager, they listened carefully to my skin condition and concerns, and although they also explained additional procedures, there was no pressure or pushy atmosphere at all, so I was able to consult comfortably. I liked that after explaining the options that fit my situation, they gave me enough time to think it over. They take photos before and after the procedure for comparison, but you can refuse if you do not want to. After that, the doctor performed the procedure personally, and overall the explanation was very kind and calm, which put me at ease. Even during the procedure, I asked a variety of questions, and they answered each one sincerely, which built trust and helped me relax a lot.
