Honest 4-month review of arm, back, and love handle liposuction _ Byone Clinic

Honest 4-month review of arm + back + waist liposuction! ✨ It’s already been 4 months since the liposuction! I’m spending my first summer after liposuction, and I’m so happy I keep losing track of time.. Until last year, I absolutely couldn’t wear clothes that showed my body line, and even if I did, I had to cover up with a long-sleeve shirt....🥹 (These days clothes are all made tight, so it was really hellish) This year, I just wear whatever I want. Seriously, I can just wear anything, anything at all!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I wrote my 2-month review, there was still some swelling and bio-bond left, so I had high hopes that it would keep getting better, but now that the line has settled in to a certain degree, I’ll leave a more realistic review. Honestly, the thing I worried about most after surgery was, “If you don’t manage it, you’ll gain it back.” I’ve never succeeded at dieting in my life.. If I push myself too hard, I’m sure the weight will rebound, so I didn’t do an extreme diet or strict meal plan. I just ate lighter dinners and ate normal meals for breakfast and lunch like before, and I’m still doing that now! Even though I lived without making things too hard, my weight ended up dropping by about 2 kg compared to after surgery. But what surprised me most here was the difference in the line more than the weight. I’ve lost about 2 kg before too, but the feeling was completely different back then. Even with the same 2 kg, my arms and waistline look much slimmer, and my overall silhouette looks much prettier. It really reminded me how much more important body shape is than the number on the scale Especially because I’ve always been stressed about my upper body, I think my satisfaction is even greater. Before, whenever I wore clothes, I was always conscious of my upper arms and felt like my upper body looked heavy overall, but now the same clothes fit so much cleaner. I’m also so happy that when I take photos, I don’t have to hide my arms or obsess over angles like before. Before photo legendary, the time when I couldn’t hide my arms. And the side waist too, legendary. I also recovered a lot! Until around the 1-month mark, whenever I raised my arms high or stretched, I felt a pulling sensation in the skin, but that discomfort is almost completely gone now. There’s no particular inconvenience in daily life, and it doesn’t affect exercise or regular activities at all. If I had to mention one slight disappointment, it would be that maybe because my skin elasticity wasn’t that great to begin with, the skin around my armpits seems just a tiny bit saggy I had more fat than average, and my arms were also an area where the fat layer was originally thick, so I think that had some influence too (There’s no sagging in the waist or back!) Of course, unless I raise both arms high or lift my arms a lot, it’s hardly noticeable, and in daily life it’s only something I know about, so it’s not enough to stress me out. Rather, the satisfaction of having a much prettier line is much bigger, so personally I think it’s a completely acceptable trade-off. I just got it done and my arms turned out so slender that I was shocked at first. After seeing the after, what I really feel is that this procedure doesn’t suddenly make you extremely thin. Instead, even at the same weight, it makes you look much slimmer and reshapes the body line in a prettier way. I’m still scared of the saying “if you don’t manage it, you’ll gain it back,” so I’m not eating recklessly like before, and I’m trying to maintain my eating habits within a reasonable range like I am now. Personally, I think managing it while living normally like this is better for long-term maintenance than forcing a harsh diet. As of 4 months, I’m really very satisfied and I think I made the right choice to have the surgery. I honestly do often wonder why I hesitated and only did it now 🫪 I’m going to keep managing it well like this so I can maintain the results for a long time! If there are any more changes as time passes, I’ll come back with a 5-month or 6-month review too! 😊
