Eye Surgery Reviews

Making an In-Line Double Eyelid Semi-Out

I had eye correction, incision surgery, and upper canthoplasty 7 years ago. My left eye's opening strength was weak, so it always felt heavy, and I had asked to go from in-line to in-out, but it ended up looking almost semi-out. The scar was also severe, and over time the line started drooping from the middle, so only the front and back parts of the line were visible and it got buried. I went to several hospitals in between and got opinions, but everyone discouraged me, saying there would be more harm than benefit. Even people around me tried to stop me, so I lived like this for 7 years. Then at the last hospital I visited, they confidently said they could create the direction I wanted, and I underwent revision surgery to lower the line with an incision. The result was an in-line, and my eye-opening strength became the same, so the discomfort disappeared. My friends said my eyes looked much cleaner, which made me happy too! It looks more innocent now.
