It came out naturally with a masculine straight line without looking too overdone or lifted, so I feel I made the right choice going with AB. What I learned from this male long-nose surgery is that for men, rather than blindly raising the bridge, just refining the protruding hump line and correcting the downward angle can already make the face look more masculine.
