Honestly, I think my natural nose line and overall shape weren’t bad at all! The problem was that the tip of my nose drooped really, really low and elongated downward, so I thought that if only that end part were naturally adjusted just right, it would look so much prettier. These days there are too many doctors who don’t listen to patients’ sense of aesthetics at all ^^;; I focused a lot on how well the doctor could lead the conversation and how naturally they answered my questions when I asked them. What I wanted wasn’t a raised, pointy nose, but a round and natural image! I didn’t want to tear down my entire natural line either~ and since I was worried that if I lifted the tip too much it might droop again, I wanted autologous costal cartilage no matter what! Dr. Jung Woo-jin at It Item was also an expert in autologous costal cartilage surgery, and above all there were many reviews saying he improved drooping nose tips into a round shape, so that was exactly what drew me in for the consultation~ They designed a round nose with a much slimmer feeling than I expected, and I was so satisfied!! During the consultation, I asked whether they could also fill in the hollow areas on different parts of my face, and they said that if I wanted to naturally fill in the cheekbone area, hollow cheeks, and nasolabial folds, full-face fat grafting would be a good option, so I got it all at once! The cost wasn’t too expensive, which was great. In the very early stage after surgery, there was some swelling, but by the time the stitches were removed, the big swelling had gone down, so it looked pretty without seeming excessive Honestly, I think getting the fat grafting was really the right thing to do. I had already been training my mental image of a nose that suits my original face a lot, so it turned out just as well as I had imagined, and I’m satisfied. As for the fat grafting, it was an unexpected gain?! It didn’t puff up more than I imagined and stayed naturally well, so my face looks pretty now~ I’m happy:)
