The doctor answered everything in a really kind way. They said the surgery would be done with silicone fixation. They took a CT scan and showed me how much the bone was sunken. If I asked to see cases similar to mine, they would look for them and show me. They said my philtrum might seem longer, but I wouldn't really feel it. The philtrum length is also a concern for me, so I'm hesitating a little. They said it would definitely help the sunken area next to the nose, the side line, and the mouth area. They said mine is quite sunken But I still can't decide whether fixation or no fixation would be better, so I'm planning to go to more consultations and decide then.
