I heard that doing contouring and the nose together changes the facial proportions a lot, so after a lot of thought I had both done together. I had separate consultations with the nose director and the contouring director, and the two of them had completely different styles, which I actually liked. The contouring side looked closely at the facial skeleton, while the nose director explained things mainly in terms of the overall center line. It has been 3 weeks since surgery, and as the cheekbone swelling goes down I can feel my facial width becoming more organized, and since the nose changed at the same time, my overall impression feels more refined. Before, my face looked broad and somehow dull, but now it feels much cleaner. Most of all, neither surgery looks overly obvious, so I am satisfied. People around me say I look different in vibe more than asking where I had it done, which makes me feel good.
