Eye Surgery Reviews

Excellent review

I went straight into the consultation after arriving, and it was in the order coordinator-director-coordinator. After taking photos and entering the consultation room, I said I had come for double eyelid surgery, and the coordinator said they had also had it done here a few months ago. I said I was considering front canthoplasty because I wanted my eyes to be wider horizontally, and they said it would probably be better not to do it, but they would check whether back canthoplasty was possible. After looking, they said I probably only needed double eyelid surgery. About 10 minutes later the director came in, and right away asked why I wanted front canthoplasty lol. Then they said it was my first surgery and my eyes were already on the larger side, so it seemed like buried-stitch double eyelid surgery alone would be enough. I liked that both the coordinator and the director spoke clearly. They also drew the line for me, and it was similar to the line I usually use with eyelid tape, so I felt good about it here. At the end I talked more with the coordinator, who said they had done it with local anesthesia and that even though it hurt, it was nice to be able to see the line they had made during surgery, so they recommended local anesthesia over sleep sedation. But they said you can't watch the CCTV, which I found a bit odd. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and overall the consultation was good.
