I had a consultation with a female director, and she explained very well which parts should be removed and which should not, according to the characteristics of the patient's face, and I liked that she said there was nothing that would be effective if it wouldn't be. I liked the consultation's consideration of the overall proportions of the face. However, the consultation manager felt like she was pushing muscle binding by saying it absolutely had to be done, and there was also some subtle pressure to book on the same day, so that part was disappointing. Because it was hard to coordinate muscle binding and the schedule, I ended up going to another clinic, but I think the director's skills are trustworthy.
