The director is the type who explains only the necessary parts neatly. I liked that he boldly brought up the unnecessary parts too. The consultation director was also among the friendlier people I’ve met at clinics I’ve visited. She explained the surgery process, showed before-and-after photos well, and answered questions well. The cost ended up being higher than I expected! It may also be because she recommended lower eyelid fat repositioning rather than the lower eyelid fat grafting I had originally been thinking about. I liked that they let both the coordinator and the director give estimates, but the coordinator told me that after she gives the estimate, it can differ a bit from what the director says, so I should take it as a reference only. I thought that was nice, because some places seem to do all the estimating only through the coordinator..;;
